The Frankland’s have been members of PAHAA for the past 7 years, and this is Jeff’s 3rd time serving on the Board of Directors.

Jeff graduated from Texas Tech University and is employed by Kimberly-Clark Corp. He has been married to Vicki for over 20 years. Together they have 4 kids. Danielle, is currently in the RN program at PJC, Jeremiah who also attends PJC, Micaela & Josiah are both in high school at home with Micaela playing ball for the Paris Warriors varsity girls team.

When he finds spare time he enjoys outside activities with his family, hunting, fishing, and 4-wheeling. The Frankland’s are active members of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Paris.

ShaneShane Welch

Shane has lived in Paris for most of his life except while attending Texas A&M in College Station where he met his wife, Tanya, of 27 years.  He later served in the United States Air Force before returning to Paris in 1992.  They have four children.  Jordan married Nathan Wilhelm in 2013 and now lives in Euless, Texas where she works for a vet clinic.  Kelci Welch played for the Paris Warriors Varsity girls team for several years.  She graduated in 2013 and now attends Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond, Oklahoma.  Justin is beginning high school and Kolton is in middle school and plays for the Paris Warriors.

Shane worked for the Paris Fire Dept for 12 years.  He is now self employed for Running W Welding and is a volunteer fireman for the City of Reno. He is vice president on the advisory board and head coach of the Lamar County 4-H Rifle Shooting Sports.

Shane was appointed mid year to fill a vacancy on the PAHAA board of directors and voted in by the membership to serve this 2014-2015 term.  He is an active member and serves as a deacon at the Lamar Avenue Church of Christ. When there is time to play, Shane enjoys hunting, biking, camping, and hiking……especially in the Colorado mountains!!


Jennifer2Jennifer Moore

This will be the 6th year of involvement in PAHAA for the Moore’s. They feel very blessed to have this opportunity for their boys to participate in the PAHAA basketball program. Jennifer is married to Scott, who is employed at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. They have three boys: Dillon, Benjamin, and Samuel.  She is a graduate of Texas A&M Commerce and has homeschooled their three boys from the start.  This is Jennifer’s second year to serve on the PAHAA board.  Additionally, their family is involved in the CHIP Enrichment classes and the Robotics program.  Their family attends The Cowboy Church.
